The MXPHY18C compressor uses the golden standard of 1/6 HP for airbrushing.
The primary benefits of this category of compressor is it's versatility in the hobby space. Everything from acrylics, lacquers and enamels can be sprayed due to the adjustable range of 2-45 PSI of working pressure. It even has an auto-off system to significantly reduce wear on the motor and keep the noise produced to a minimum, while keeping the compressor ready for use at all times during your hobby sessions!
It also features upgrades such as two airbrush holders, and a regulator with an auto clamping hose release system for the included coiled hose. The hose is able to be connected and disconnected through a simple press release, and creates an immediate seal. The pressure gauge is also already connected to the regulator, offering an easy to see readout of pressure during adjustments.
This compressor is of a more sleek, painted design for a better looking piece on or under your hobby desk. The large cooling system also allows for better ventilation for extended use.
