Employing the PowerSafe battery system, the R1222 incorporates redundant, dual-battery leads for use with battery systems up to 10 volts. In addition, technology like DualLink frequencies (two redundant frequencies) and MultiLink receivers (up to four receivers can be employed in different parts of the aircraft to eliminate path diversity and blocking issues) assure the user with comprehensive safety network on a variety of levels - all in one, neat small package.
The R1222 also employs the QuickConnect instant voltage recovery system. In the unlikely event your voltage should ever drop below 3.5 volts, control is restored as soon as voltage returns.
