The CSA team refreshed a true MSA-1E classic. We took the existing Land Rover Series IIA, and upgraded it to full 2.0 Spec.
This includes our 2.0 Spec Gearbox and new MSA-1E 2.0 Spec Brushed Motor. This offers an 46% increase in torque over industry standard 1/24th brushed motors, making it virtually unstoppable in use.
But that's not all, the team then addressed the rigs aesthetics by updating the true-to-era Colorway to a classic two-tone, adding contrasting white wheels, scale tires, new bumpers, and additional molded detailing. The final result is Item 87268: our Fully Licensed, 1968 Series IIA Land Rover, a rig that's bound to appeal to all fans of this genre and the classic era of 4x4 vehicles.
Other, 'as standard' features include our unique 1,2,3 Throttle Profile Switch meaning any age or level of driving proficiency can now run the rig with confidence. Also included is a Safe 5V USB Charger paired with a Micro 7.2V NiMH pack (although the ESC is also 2S 7.2V LiPo Compatible). The included radio gear utilizes true hobby grade 2.4GHz F.H.S.S. to provide glitch free and fully 'in control' operation.
Our 2.0 Spec elevates the MSA-1E platform to new heights for Micro Scale Adventure.
