The most recognized aircraft of the First World War. From late 1917 until June of 1918, the Fokker Triplane blazed its way across history and into the popular culture of today. In the hands of men like Baron Manfred Von Richthofen "the Red Baron", Werner Voss and Ernest Udet, the Triplane became well known as the ultimate "Dog Fight" airplane of the war.
In it's design, Anthony Fokker and Reinhold Platz sacrificed speed for rate of climb and maneuverability - they were successful! "The climb like monkeys and maneuver like devils" (Von Richthofen)
The following items will be needed to complete this kit: Radio control system, engine, propeller, engine mount, fuel tank, wheels and wheel collars, covering material, glue, pushrods, linkage hardware and foam wrapping for battery receiver.
