This is a factory-finished model of the Neo Scorcher, a new R/C racing buggy inspired by The Scorcher, a popular and speedy 4WD racing buggy from the late-1980s Tamiya line-up. Made from durable polycarbonate and featuring a stylish large rear wing, the white and metallic blue body design are based upon the original Scorcher. White wheels are paired with grippy dirt tires for a highly maneuverable off-road buggy that will scorch your rivals!
The shaft-driven 4WD TT-02B buggy chassis uses a skid-shaped frame. Its suspension setup uses 4-wheel independent double wishbone suspension with long arms, plus CVA shock units, giving the car assured handling on rough surfaces. F/R gearboxes include 4-bevel differentials for smooth operation, and are sealed to ensure that dust can't get inside. Of course, this off-road model also includes receiver case and motor cover to protect them from dirt and debris thrown up off of the track.
In addition to the painted body, this item also includes a wheel-type transmitter, battery pack and charger to allow instant enjoyment of driving. (*Battery pack and charger are included for Japan market only.) The 2.4GHz transmitter eliminates the need for frequency crystals, and is factory-paired with the receiver in the model to ensure that the receiver communicates with that transmitter only. Transmitter features detachable grip covers to match your hand size as well as a throttle trigger cover to increase the size of the throttle trigger for easier operation.
