FEATURES
  • Captures the iconic original in realistic detail with a replica radial, working flaps, a "hidden" battery hatch and painted fiberglass parts.
  • Sized for transportation ease — and easy handling in a breeze.
  • A prebuilt balsa airframe, painted fiberglass parts and factory-applied MonoKote® film contribute to fast assembly and superb good looks.
  • Perfect for intermediate pilots with a taste for scale looks and electric ease

It was known as the Howard DGA-6 at the factory, but to everyone else, it was simply the Mr. Mulligan. In the mid-'30s, it enjoyed two noteworthy descriptions. First, it was the only plane ever designed solely to win the coveted Bendix Trophy — and second, it was the only plane to win the Bendix Trophy and the Thompson Trophy in the same year. Now, ElectriFly has recreated the all-time racing great in detail as an all-electric replica and impressive, 52" span sport scale flyer!

  • Hidden screws inside the cowl ensure firm attachment and unblemished scale looks. Molded-in cowl blisters — and a replica "stand-in" for the original's Pratt & Whitney Wasp radial — contribute to authentic detail and outstanding good looks.
  • Its combination of internal bracing and external "smoothing" made the Mr. Mulligan a pioneer in modern aerodynamic design. Painted fiberglass parts — including the wheel pants, landing gear, struts, fairings and cowl — help recreate the clean, simple silhouette in minimum time.
  • Working flaps means short runways and "hot" approaches can be turned into easy takeoffs and slow, stable approaches. Flaps can be installed fixed or functional, depending on your preference.
  • Like the wings, the elevators are pre-hinged for faster, easier assembly. A steerable tailwheel adds ground handling to match in-air control.
  • The cockpit windshield doubles as a "hidden" battery hatch for convenience. Magnets on the fuselage and hatch hold tight in flight, but release cleanly for fast, easy pack changes.
