You can order by Fax 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Fax orders are generally shipped out within 24 hours (on weekdays) of when they are placed.
When ordering by FAX, please use the prepared order form found at the back of our catalog (also available from the gold box below in PDF format), a photocopy of the form, or a blank sheet of paper, being sure to include all of the information as printed on the prepared form or as described below. If you need additional order forms and cannot work with PDF files, please let us know and we will be happy to provide you with some. When ordering by FAX, please include a return FAX number and telephone number at which you can be reached.

Information Required When Ordering
When placing an order by Fax, E-mail or Mail, please be sure to include the following information:
- Your Name
- Your full mailing address including Postal Code
- Your home (evening) telephone number
- Your work (day) telephone number
- Your desired method of shipping
- Your desired method of payment
If your choice of method of payment is credit card, please also include the following information:
- Your full credit card number
- The expiration date of your credit card
- Your Signature
Include the following product information on each item you wish to order:
- The quantity of the item you wish to order
- The Great Hobbies Part number of the item
- A brief description of the item
- If you wish to have the item backordered if it is currently out of stock
If all of these pieces of information are not included, we may be unable to fill your order or unable to contact you if we have questions with regard to your order.
