 The Dare 60-inch (1:28.25)B-29 was designed in the old-school style “stick and tissue” construction to build a light, economical model with simple 4-channel R/C and electric power that can be easily flown in smaller venues but is large enough to be flown on conventional R/C flying fields.

Boeing designed the B-29 Superfortress in response to the need in a high-altitude long-range heavy bomber. It was state of the art in its time and was also among the largest aircraft in the world. It was equipped with a pressurized cabin as well as an analog, computer-controlled fire control system to operate the 4 remotely gun turrets. Due to its advanced design features, the B-29 remained in service until the 1960’s having served in the Vietnam, WW-II and Korea.

 The kit includes full size plans, laser cut shaped parts, complete step-by-step assembly instructions, pre-shaped wire parts and vac formed "Fat Man & Little Boy" Atomic Bombs.
