Worldtex is the finest iron-on fabric covering available. Its light weight and very fine weave, combined with its excellent shrinking properties add a great amount of strength to the covered model.
The adhesive used for Worldtex can be applied over a very wide range of heat. It may even be applied at very low heat to sheeted foam wings — something no other iron-on covering can claim. Because it is real fabric and not just plastic film, it molds easily around complex curves where the film coverings can not go. When fully heat shrunk, it provides a very scale-like appearance, but Worldtex will also accept any commonly used model airplane finish for a painted appearance. One coat of clear dope or lacquer over colored Worldtex will protect the color from getting dirty at the field.
