Dumas brings back the excitement of the roaring 20's with a 1:10 scale model of the Typhoon, Edsel Ford's 1929 sweepstakes winner. This is an exact scale model based on a full scale reproduction built by Mark Mason.
Construction is a double planked hull with birch plywood on the inside and mahogany strip planking on the outside. A complete set of chrome plated deck fittings is included to add the touch of charm and excitement to the elegant racer. Vacuum formed seats with full cockpit instrumentation add to the charm.
Also included is running hardware such as shaft, stuffing box, rudder, strut, and bronze propellers. Drawings and easy to follow instruction booklet will guide you through the building of this racing legend.
Requires a 2-channel radio, high speed electric motor, battery, and charger.
