2.4Ghz Spead Spectrum technology has taken the R/C world by storm.  What was just a dream only 2 years ago is today's reality.  Crystal free operation means you can fly without having to worry about frequency conflicts.  A robust RF link between you and your aircraft mean problems like interference from ignition systems, long servo leads and metal on metal contact are a thing of the past.  The only question is how do you make the transition from good ol' 72MHz without buying all new equipment.  This is the feedback we've been hearing from customers.  The solution is to fly both.  Making the transition is easier than you think.  Replacement module and receiver sets can be purchased for many radio systems that use a removable RF module.  Upgrade your existing radio with one of these modules and retain the ability to use your 72MHz equipment by swapping modules when needed.  By purchasing all future receivers in 2.4GHz you can ensure that when it comes time to replace your transmitter with a shiny new 2.4GHz unit you will have made the smart decision as you will already have the receivers.
